You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Pricing

Certain courses or features on the platform may require payment. All prices are displayed at the point of purchase and are subject to change. Benrfol will provide reasonable notice of any pricing changes.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor. Benrfol does not store full payment card details.

6.3 Refund Policy

In general, refund requests must be submitted within the period specified at the time of purchase and are subject to review. Benrfol reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.

12.2 Termination by Benrfol

Benrfol reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to be in violation of these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the platform, its users, or its integrity.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will remain in effect.
