Benrfol is committed to providing high-quality educational content and a satisfactory learning experience for all users. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms described below. All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Benrfol.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund request may be considered eligible under the following circumstances:
- The request is submitted within the applicable refund window as specified at the time of purchase.
- The purchased content or service was not delivered as described on the platform.
- A technical error occurred during the transaction that resulted in a duplicate charge.
- The user encountered persistent technical issues preventing access to purchased content and support was unable to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe.
Requests that do not meet one or more of these criteria may be denied.
3. Non-Refundable Items and Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The refund request is submitted after the specified refund window has expired.
- A significant portion of the course or program content has already been accessed or completed.
- The purchase was made for a promotional, discounted, or bundled offer where refund terms were explicitly excluded.
- The user simply changed their mind or no longer wishes to use the service.
- Access to the course was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Downloadable materials, certificates, or other deliverables have already been retrieved or issued.
- The refund request relates to subscription renewals where a prior notification of the upcoming charge was sent.
4. Refund Request Window
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the original transaction. Requests received after this period will not be processed unless exceptional circumstances are demonstrated and verified by our team.
For multi-session programs or ongoing subscriptions, the refund window applies from the date of initial enrollment or the start of the applicable billing cycle, whichever is earlier.

Incomplete requests may be delayed or declined until all necessary information is provided.
6. Review and Processing
6.1 Review Timeline
Once a refund request is received, our team will review and respond within five (5) to ten (10) business days. During peak periods, processing may take longer. You will be notified by email once a decision has been made.
6.2 Approval and Denial
If your request is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If your request is denied, you will receive a written explanation of the decision. You may appeal a denied request by replying to the decision notification with additional supporting information.
7. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only. We do not issue refunds via alternative payment instruments, platform credits, or third-party transfers unless otherwise specified in writing by Benrfol.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your payment provider. Typically, this takes between three (3) and ten (10) business days after the refund is processed on our end. Benrfol is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment processors.
8. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, Benrfol may offer a partial refund rather than a full reimbursement. This may occur when:
- A portion of the course or program content has been accessed or consumed.
- The issue reported applies only to a specific part of the purchased content.
- The purchase included multiple items and the concern relates to only one component.
The amount of a partial refund will be calculated based on the proportion of unused or inaccessible content.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We encourage users to reach out to our support team first, as most issues can be resolved promptly without initiating a formal dispute. Fraudulent chargeback claims may result in permanent account termination.
10. Subscriptions and Recurring Payments
Users who have subscribed to a recurring plan may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically qualify for a refund of the current or previous billing periods.
If a renewal charge occurred and the cancellation was not processed in time, users may contact support within five (5) business days of the renewal date to request a review of the charge.
